We believe our patients are our family and it shows in our patients and the relationships we maintain with them. Each Elite location is privately owned and operated, which allows us the ability to create the ideal culture for our patients and build more meaningful patient relationships.
Our Care Mission
Our founder, Jaime Sanchez has spent years practicing in corporately owned hospitals and practices, during this time he witnessed a shift in the level of care and restrictions placed on providers which ultimately effected patient care. This is not the vision he had or wanted for patients, which is the moment the Elite journey began. Being privately owned and operated allows the freedom of implementing our own values and standards which stem from you, the patient, your unique needs and the ability to provide only the elite level of care.
